Tim Sieck SPHR, Partner

Tim, a founding partner of Skywalk Group, specializes in helping organizations attract, develop, and retain key talent. Prior to joining Skywalk Group, Tim was a Director of Consulting at the Novations Group where he applied his extensive experience in employee development, career development, and human resources processes to Fortune 500 companies. His last assignment at Novations was leading the effort to expand their business into Latin America. Tim’s career also includes Human Resources and Organizational Development work at McLeodUSA and W.W. Grainger.

During his career he has worked closely with executive teams and employee groups to help them achieve organizational results through the effective use of their people systems. Tim’s work has included clients such as Ford, Apple Inc., McDonald’s, Crowe, Pfizer, Chevron, BP, Caremark, Trilogy, General Mills, and Andersen Windows.

Tim’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Upper Iowa University, and a Masters degree in Organizational Management. Tim is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Elizabeth Trcka, Partner

Elizabeth,  a  founding  partner  of  Skywalk  Group,  formed   the  human  resources,  training  and  development,  and   professional  recruiting  company  in  2002  after  working   for  McLeodUSA  for  8  years  as  the  Director  of  Human Resources  and  Staffing.     While  at  McLeodUSA,  under   Elizabeth’s  leadership,  the  staffing  department  was  responsible  for  hiring  over  15,000   employees  nationally  while  maintaining  leading  edge  staffing  skills  and  competitive recruiting  practices.

While  leading  the  recruiting  efforts  for  Skywalk  Group,  Elizabeth  and  team  have  worked   with  many  industries  and  professions,  providing  small  to  large  scale  recruiting  solutions   throughout  the  country.    The  recruiting  team  has  helped  organizations  hire  more  than  400  people,  increased  their customer  base  by  125%,  and  more  than  tripled  their recruiting  revenue  just  in  the  past  3  years.  Elizabeth has over 20 years of proven recruiting and human resources experience, working with start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Elizabeth attended Mount Mercy College and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

Lydia Brown, Partner

Lydia Brown is a founding partner of Skywalk Group. Prior to Skywalk Group, Lydia founded and managed LLB Executive Partners, an executive search and recruiting firm specializing in management level recruiting. Lydia has over 15 years of experience in selling to all levels while working for some of the premier communications companies selling innovative systems and services. She has extensive customer contact experience and has successfully managed multiple sales organizations.

Lydia’s success comes from her strong work ethic, persistence, listening skills, and industry knowledge and experience. She strives to solve clients’ and candidates’ goals, need, and wants.

Lydia graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Lydia is married with three children and is a very active community volunteer.

Tami Young, Partner

As a founding partner of Skywalk Group, Tami brings over 20 years of executive human resources experience. Prior to Skywalk Group she served as Vice President of Human Resources in the start-up and growth of a now publicly traded company. In that role she was responsible for developing human resources strategy to support extraordinary growth, state of the art recruiting methods, benefits and compensation strategies, employee relations as well as overseeing employee development programs. Tami also directed the human resource evaluation and integration of over 30 mergers and acquisitions.

Tami attended the University of Northern Iowa where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
