  • Following an ownership change, AdTrack needed to update our Human Resource practices and policies. Skywalk Group analyzed and helped us design an integrated Human Resource system that meets our needs. Their work began at helping us create job descriptions that were appropriate for our current positions. Skywalk Group then worked with us to design a performance appraisal process, compensation plan, employee manual as well as create and administer our annual employee survey The result has been a significant decrease in employee turnover as well as an increase in satisfaction.
