Relationship Selling-Cedar Rapids

Skywalk Group’s Customer-Oriented Sales Training focuses on developing outstanding relationships with your B2B customers.  Increase sales, improve customer retention, and make an immediate impact on the bottom line.  Your sales team will attend this two-day relationship selling training event followed by a one-one-one sales coaching session and additional e-learning training focused on up-selling and dealing with difficult customers.

Training participants will increase sales by:

  • Effectively preparing for the sales call
  • Successfully determining the customer’s objectives
  • Making customer recommendations
