When employees are actively involved in and own their development process, they not only experience individual growth but also positively impact the organization.
This one-day workshop gives participants the opportunity to assess where they are today in their career development process through assessments and feedbacks tools. After evaluating those outcomes and reviewing the 5 Stages of Engagement, participants will create their own personal engagement plan.
Participants will do the following as part of the workshop:
- Complete a self-assessment.
- Receive results from a 270 feedback survey that will include feedback from their manager, peers, direct reports and/or others.
- Learn about passions, talents, and organizational needs.
- Learn about the 5 Stages of Engagement.
- Complete a written engagement plan.
