Associates must possess the desire to produce quality products and take pride in their work.
Qualifications:
- GED required
- Manual dexterity to manipulate physical products
- Intrinsic motivation to improve oneself
- Attention to detail
- Basic awareness of physical metrics (size, defects, etc)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work with latex and other synthetic materials
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- Ability to speak and write English
- Ability to write clearly, and complete documentation of products
- Ability to comply with FDA regulations and processes
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds on an occasional basis
