Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee consistent, compliant HR practices
- Manage benefit programs
- Process payroll
- Assist with hiring process
- Research industry practices for compensation and benefits
- Conduct new hire orientation and internal training as needed
- Oversee employee recognition and service award programs
- Maintain employee files
- Support Employee Relations issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to function independently and efficiently
- PHR certification a plus
