Machine Operator

This Machine Operator position requires technical, as well as manufacturing skill. Our high tech facilities and machines produce quality medical products that change the lives of patients every day. Operating our machines means demonstrating your computer expertise, learning new things, and contributing to a growing organization.

In this role the machine operator will be responsible for the operation of CNC mills, lathes and other required manufacturing equipment, performing in-process, and final inspection of products along with de-burring, painting and assembling products.

An associate in this position must have high regard for safety and make use of the tools and practices provided to insure a safe work environment, including proper lifting techniques and operation of equipment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Minimum GED required

Ability to:

  • Learn all aspects of machinery and process
  • Acquire new skills
  • Support production through the use of machining and inspection process
  • Pay attention to detail to insure a quality product
  • Have strong eye/hand coordination
  • Work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Desire to work as part of a team
  • Lift 50 pounds
