Operations Technician:
Monitors and maintains network performance by monitoring configurations and customer connections; as well as troubleshooting network problems. Â In order to successfully manage these networks, 2 years experience in network support and project implementation is required.
Required Skills and Aptitude:
- CCNA or CCNP Previous IT or Telecom experience
- Client Service Background
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols
- Ability to be on call every 3-4 week
- Excellent Driving record
- Associates Degree in technical field required
