Sexual Harassment Training

Sexual harassment training is just one step that can protect an organization from potential law suits.

Sexual harassment in the workplace is a serious issue that has resulted in numerous law suits over the last decade.  An employer can be held legally responsible for the actions of his employees or if he engages in sexual harassment when hiring applicants. If your organization doesn’t have a policy in place, now is the time to do it and to provide your employees with training as to what will and will not be tolerated.
