Leadership coaching is a frequently forgotten task within organizations.  Unfortunately, untrained managers and leaders can do more harm than good.

Managers and leaders are often promoted for being skilled as a contributor within the organization; a strong sales person, a top-notch software developer, or a skilled manufacturing employee.  Rarely, do these employees receive any specific leadership coaching or training upon being promoted.

Leadership and communication skills are the building blocks for any new manager.  From there, leadership coaching is customized to cater to the needs of the individual.  Additional coaching topics may include setting goals, providing feedback, delegating, supporting change, project management, presentation skills, and more.
