New Hire Research

Skywalk group is currently in the process of collecting research data regarding new hires.  Specifically, we are attempting answer questions such as:

• How long does it really take to get someone up to speed?
• What is the organizational cost (hard and soft) of replacing people?
• What gets in the way of people learning to contribute?

Over forty organizations have already participated in this research project, and we’d like additional data from you.  If you are a manager of people, please complete the 12 question, New Hire Research Survey.  Once the data has been collected and analyzed, our research findings will be published as part of our newsletter.
