Skywalk group is currently in the process of collecting research data regarding new hires. Specifically, we are attempting answer questions such as:
- How long does it really take to get someone up to speed?
- What is the organizational cost (hard and soft) of replacing people?
- What gets in the way of people learning to contribute?
Over forty organizations have already participated in this research project, and we’d like additional data from you.
