360 Degree Feedback

The 360 degree feedback process is a fantastic way to gather data about critical job competencies.  A 360 degree feedback instrument allows your peers, manager, and direct reports to provide you with feedback, which in turn can be used to create and implement a development plan.

Quick Assess Surveys

Skywalk Group has developed the Quick Assess system to provide pinpoint feedback on specific competencies.  The drawback to traditional 360 feedback processes is that often times there is too much data and the individual is unsure where to begin the development process.  Quick Assess allows the individual to get in-depth feedback about a specific topic.  Each Quick Assess survey has three versions (individual contributor, manager/supervisor, senior leader).
