Employee Climate Assessment

The employee climate assessment gets at the heart of how your employees view the culture of your organization. The perceptions of employees impact how they communicate with each other, their managers, and their clients. With such important interactions being influenced by your employees’ attitudes every day, evaluating how employees see your organization and its’ processes allows you to have a comprehensive picture of your current organizational climate, and will help you plan for the future of what you want your climate to be.

Generalized Employee Climate Survey

The general employee climate survey questions cover the cultural structure of your organization, from how well employees believe their skills are utilized, to the clarity of communication throughout the organization. The survey responses can help determine strategic objectives for the future, such as implementing more extensive training programs, or implementing a new employee appreciation program to increase employee motivation.

Personalized Employee Climate Survey

The personal employee climate survey questions will be tailored to your organizations’ specific concerns. After any organizational change, individual contributors’ perceptions of the change may affect how they perform in the workplace. In order to assess how a change has affected, or may affect employees, a personalized climate survey can evaluate perceptions of change before and after, or be used to glean knowledge about a single specific aspect of the change. In the interest of gaining the most relevant information for your company and its’ unique changes the Skywalk Group will work directly with you to determine how best to build your personalized employee climate survey.
